Since first starting personal training, I have kept expanding my knowledge and experience; constantly trying to find different forms of exercise and training to develop. My diverse methods and ways of training mean that I can train you anywhere. I will train you at home, your garden, local park/common, or office, providing all of the equipment needed. From one-to-one training to group exercise, it is my goal to ensure that you over exceed your goal.
