Fit Club

Group exercise is fast-paced, fun, and challenging. It is ideal for both seasoned exercisers and those looking to start an exercise regime. Fitclub classes are a fun, dynamic, and exciting way to get fit outdoors. Both men and women are equally welcome to Fitclub, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness! With me, everyone is pushed and challenged no matter their level of fitness.

Focused on strengthening and conditioning the body using functional and total body exercises plus a pinch of cardiovascular work, Fitclub provides a fantastic workout for beginner to advanced exercisers.

Classes are suitable for women post-nata of 12 weeks. Mums and dads can bring small babies and children and train without worrying about crèche times and costs.

Personal Training

Fitness is a very personal thing. There is rarely a one-size-fits-all answer to fitness. I’m very aware of this, and it’s why I offer a one-to-one personal training service, allowing us to fine tune and work on precisely what you need to work on to achieve you goal.

Due to the diverse flexible approach I bring to sessions, I am able to ensure that you get the most out of every single training session. Also, by training in a wide variety of different environments, that feeling of exercise being a chore or something to avoid is not an issue.

Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise

Maintaining a fit and healthy balanced lifestyle has significant benefits to both you and your baby. By providing you with the right knowledge and direction of exercise during your pregnancy, as well as explaining common misconceptions and highlighting the physical effects pregnancy have on your body and how you can manage these changes, I can ensure you return to exercise post birth.

Designed to meet your individual situation and needs, your fitness sessions optimise your training time, helping you to rebuild your body or even build a new one in a safe way that allows you to manage the exciting and demanding changes of becoming a parent.

Injury Rehabilitation

In the fast-paced society of today, where it is common to spend hours of your day sat at a desk or in a car, I am very aware of the damage everyday life can do to the body. These imbalances, which at the time may seem only minor, can lead to excessive pain causing time off work and many other problems. For example, lower back pain costs the British economy approximately £1.6 billion per year. Those imbalances are so easily corrected and cured in the early stages through the correct and proper exercise management.


Whether you have a long-term niggle or serious sports injury, I am able to advise you on the correct rehabilitation and exercise management programme or refer you onto further expert help.
