You can choose a training and nutrition plan that is fitted to your needs. There is the option to follow it independently with monthly check ins, or if you prefer, you can have a more hand’s on one-to-one personal training package. I can help you reach your goals no matter where you are in the world!
My 12 weeklong plan allows you to improve and track both your training and nutrition. I offer gym based and/or home-based exercise plans that are structured and planned to fit around your lifestyle, along with a break down and weekly template for your macro nutrients. I will provide the most efficient plan to help you feel fitter, healthier and stronger than you have ever felt before.
If you want to transform all aspects of your fitness in 12 weeks and have the discipline and will power to follow a plan unique to you, then my 12-week plan is perfect!
This plan is very different from my online personal training package and even more so than face to face training. I have ensured that a unique fit for the individual remains, in comparison to other plans available on the internet. As I have said many times before, fitness is not a ‘one size fits all’ and therefore, should not be treated as one.
How does this work?
Should you choose to start this 12-week fitness transformation, you will initially be sent an extensive questionnaire. This allows me to gain the best understanding of you as a person. With this knowledge I can provide you with the most accurately tailored plan best likely to help you succeed! Once the questionnaire has been filled in and returned, I can start working on your individual plan.
From the information you provide on your questionnaire, I then provide you a daily Kcal requirement in order to reach your goal. I can show you recipes with a Kcal breakdown and a weekly meal template to help you see how to stay within your Kcal allowance. This template is not set in stone. You can chop and change things to a point and record what you eat.
Then comes the exercise plan. Based on your previous exercise experience, your time available for exercise and whether you want a home-based plan or gym-based plan, I will provide suitable workouts for you. This is also accompanied by exercise tutorial videos for anything you are unsure of.
1. You fill out the questionnaire allowing me to tailor your plan to your goals, current ability, time commitments and lifestyle.
2. Your first 4-week plan arrives, providing you with all the tools to both eat a balanced and nutritious way as well as exercise to the best of your abilities. At the end of each 4-week period we re-evaluate your stats and adjust your plan accordingly for the next 4 weeks.

Online personal training allows me to train you to the same standards as someone face to face from anywhere in the world. Once you commit to online personal training, we go through an in-depth consultation and analysis. By finding out about your current nutrition habits, training patterns and lifestyle I can help you to the full extent of my ability. Regular contact between us will ensure that you stay on track and achieve the goals you set out to achieve.
Personal nutrition is one of the most confusing problems within fitness. With so much conflicting information readily available it is no wonder that most people are either clueless as to what to do, or blindly following the next ‘Insta-trend’.
Upon starting online personal training with me we do a nutritional analysis. This involves finding your exact Kcal requirement on a daily and weekly basis for your goal. As well as this, you keep a food diary over the following week, documenting absolutely everything you eat and drink and at what time in the food diary I provide. By doing this I can see certain eating habits or patterns that can be improved upon or changed.
Once the food diary is completed and returned, I can start with a weekly meal and snack template for you to follow. I will discuss this with you and try to include favourite foods that suit your lifestyle. Everyone is different and lives differently, it therefore makes sense to create a food plan that is enjoyable and fits in with your lifestyle.
Once this is all sorted, your nutrition plan will compliment your training plan to ensure you reach your goals and keep progressing and improving!
Having an exercise program fitted to your lifestyle is essential to success! From your questionnaire, I learn about your training habits and history. Whether you are a long-standing gym user, complete beginner, someone who prefers to be outside, or someone who struggles to stay consistent after January the 10th, I learn about you and how best to help you.
All aspects of training are covered, from resistance to cardio. Your exercise program is fitted to your specific needs and requirements. Although the hard work and physical aspect of training is down to you, I remove the guesswork and provide regular contact to track your progress and keep you moving forward.
