Fit Club

Group exercise is fast-paced, fun, and challenging. It is ideal for both seasoned exercisers and those looking to start an exercise regime. Fitclub classes are a fun, dynamic, and exciting way to get fit outdoors. Men and women are equally welcome to Fitclub, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness! With me, everyone is pushed and challenged no matter their level of fitness.

Focused on strengthening and conditioning the body using functional and total body exercises plus a pinch of cardiovascular work, Fitclub provides a fantastic workout for beginner to advanced exercisers.

Personal training

Fitness is a very personal thing. There is rarely a one-size-fits-all answer to fitness. I’m very aware of this, and it’s why I offer a one-to-one personal training service, allowing us to fine tune and work on precisely what you need to work on to achieve you goal.

Due to the diverse flexible approach I bring to sessions, I am able to ensure that you get the most out of every single training session. Also, by training in a wide variety of different environments, that feeling of exercise being a chore or something to avoid is not an issue.

Pre & Post-Natal Exercise

Maintaining a fit and healthy balanced lifestyle has significant benefits to both you and your baby. By providing you with the right knowledge and direction of exercise during your pregnancy, as well as explaining common misconceptions and highlighting the physical effects pregnancy have on your body and how you can manage these changes, I can ensure you return to exercise post birth.

Designed to meet your individual situation and needs, your fitness sessions optimise your training time, helping you to rebuild your body or even build a new one in a safe way that allows you to manage the exciting and demanding changes of becoming a parent.

Injury Rehabilitation

It’s common to spend hours of your day sat at a desk or in a car, but these everyday activities can damage your body. These, seemingly small, imbalances can lead to excessive pain and even require time off work and many other problems.

Whether you have a long-term niggle or serious sports injury, I am able to advise you on the correct rehabilitation and exercise management programme or refer you on for expert help.

Using human biomechanics and proven methodology, I will remove discomfort and pain whilst helping you maintain that injury.

Sport-Related Fitness

Although obtaining a general level of fitness is fantastic and something everyone should strive for, I understand that some people have specific sporting needs. Therefore, certain methods and ways of training are more beneficial than others are.

Whatever sport you enjoy, participate at your best level.

Doing the relevant training shall enhance performance and give a confidence boost as well as dramatically reducing the chance of sports-related injury.

Weight Management

In society today, weight management is a huge issue. More people than ever before are currently overweight and obese. This has given fad diets, powders, and supplement companies free rein to consistently sell honey fixes to all our problems.

I empower you with the knowledge you need, along with encouragement and challenging training so that you can manage your weight in a sustainable way that is right for you. Weight management does not need to be an intimidating, boring, scary, and impossible process. Sustainable weight management is something you decide to do and take ownership for. Ultimately, the responsibility is on you your success is entirely your own. I can provide you with everything you need for long-term success.

I am firmly against potions and powders. As with every other aspect of training and lifestyle, I favour something that may not work overnight but is more sustainable and has longevity and reflects a balanced healthy lifestyle.
